Does Microsoft provide financing for purchase of GP?

Hello,

I'm trying to find any documentation about whether Microsoft will finance the purchase of a new GP software license. I found a financing page but it's not really what I am looking for. 

Example: Customer wants to buy GP but doesn't have enough money.  Does Microsoft agree to finance the purchase or do they have to find their own (private) financing?
