I've seen this question asked multiple times but have never seen a clear answer. Is there a way to merge additional fields in to a letter writing assistant template? I'm building a PAF for HR which needs to include pay step and shift code which aren't available in the standard drop downs.
Has anyone found a way to build in this additional level of customization?
