Integrate an Inventory Adjustment Transaction Using dexterity

Hi All

We have a small custom process developed in dexterity involving issuance of items and at the end of that process we wanted to send (Integrate) an inventory adjustment transaction in Dynamics GP and post. Please note we have also activated Multiple Bins and Serial/Lots. Any suggestions and help on how can we integrate to inventory adjustment transaction is much appreciated.
