We have been using Mekorma for our check printing for some time. We have made no changes to the check layout or our process. The Amount in Words on the printed check has suddenly started printing twice - it appears on check reprints and checks that are singularly printed only, not those printed in batch. I can't find anything in GP knowledge base or Mekorma knowledge base. Any ideas?
