In pervious MR/GP versions we could use the four user defined fields on a finance card and they would be available to use on the row in MR. I could then say UDF was 'INVESTMENTS', set the Balance Sheer row to use the INVESTMENTS UDF and when I had a new Investments account I could set the UDF on the card and it would get picked up in MR. I just noticed in the April 2016 MR Integration Guide that MR does not support the additional UDF fields in Data Mart. That limits me to Category....disappointing
Am I missing something here or is my understanding correct?
"User defined dimensions not supported in data mart
In a legacy data provider integration, some user defined fields can be used as dimension values. In a data mart integration, user defined fields are supported as attribute values.
If you have reports that currently include user defined fields as dimensions, you must update the reports after the integration is upgraded to a data mart integration."
