GP 2013 R2 Web Services - Configuration Wizard error

I have installed the GP 2013 R2 Web Services successfully but when I run the Configuration Wizard, I get the following error :

A loader exception has occurred.

SQL Server is running on a different machine. It is running on a Windows 2012 Server Core.

Is this edition supported ?

If so, what could be the problem ?
