In Sales Processing or Inventory Control (Transaction or Transfer) I am able to override a shortage, but if I do a stock count and have allocated quantities the calculated variance quantity is adjusted because the on hand quantity would be less than the allocated quantity or possibly less than zero. Does anyone know of a work around for this - so that I would be able to use stock counts and not have to process my inventory counts as an inventory transaction?
