I have the Vacation check box on the pay code checked, the code is assigned to the employee. if time is taken it reduces the balance but when time is earned it is not increasing. When i look at the PTO Detail the Year field is blank. I can not figure out how to turn on that year field. other than that i cannot see any other issues.
