I'm having problems closing two RMA's. One example is pictured below. The associated W/O for the RMA is successfully closed. However each time we try to invoke "ready to close" button it seems to fail without any error, i.e., the singular line item in the RMA is not marked as ready to close "c".
Can anyone please give me some suggestions as to how to begin resolving this issue?
