Copy Company using PSTL

I have attempted to copy the live company to a test company using Professional Services Tools Library like I have a number of time the past few months.

I entered the source and destination company, choose company and all modules and hit Process. Within a min it returns 'The company Copy process has finished'.  I check the destination company and the data has not been refreshed.  

I tried with a single module with no luck.

I'm getting no error messages and the logs are clean.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
