HATB to file saving slow

Hello All

Using citrix for GP and saving output reports locally are unbelievably slow. When printing report to screen it runs fast, when transferring files which are complete between servers are fast.

However when you print any report to screen and to file it runs really slow, even if you deselect print screen and it is just saving the file to my local desktop it is slow?

any ideas?
