Importing payments for EFT using Cashbook Management

I need to be able to import a batch of payments that will be paid using EFT and need to also update CBM. I have thought about using SmartConnect and importing into Manual Payments but obviously this doesn't update CBM and if I come in via CBM I cant create an EFT file. Has anyone ever imported straight into an Computer Cheque Batch or any other suggestions please?
