We have been using a Terminal Server environment to host our Dynamics GP and MS Office for over 10 years. We are considering a change and am looking for other people's experiences both pro and con on the various ways to present GP to users.
Terminal Server
Pro's
- Easy maintenance (just 2 terminal servers to do GP updates on)
- Fast since SQL is in same rack as servers
Con's
- Some people get confused having a local desktop and remote desktop
I'd like to know what others are doing and what your experiences are.
