in Sales module --> Cash Receipt Entry Window , I need to delete one Receipt number. But when I click on 'DELETE' button pop up is coming as "A get / change operation on table ' RM_OPEN' failed. A record was already locked".
I have already deleted the records of tempdb..DEX_LOCK ,tempdb..DEX_SESSION , DYNAMICS..ACTIVITY, DYNAMICS..SY00800, DYNAMICS..SY00801. But problem is still there.
How can I delete this?? Please help !!!!!!!!!!!!!
