When some users go into Workflow User Delegation AD isn't connecting and they can't select a domain user to delegate tasks to. It shows only "(\)" in the "Delegate tasks for:" field and the lookup button is greyed out. Also, if someone else set up the delegation for them they can't see it in that screen.
This does not happen to all users.
