the freight charges are being written to GP from a Neopost shipping system. if I run GP from the server and view an order in "Sales Transaction Entry" window I see the freight charges field is populated with correct data. if I run GP from a client PC the freight charges field is not populated. as far as I know the sales transaction entry window hasn't been modified. any idea why this would happen?
GP on server...you can see freight charges
GP on client...no freight charges
