Dexterity Source Code - Unable to Check Out

I am trying to check out objects in Dexterity but whatever I check out to work on I get the following error.

We are using TFS 2013 and Dexterity 14. Other people working in the same environment don't have the same problem. Can any one suggest what I should look at to fix this?
