Emailing Customer Statement Word Template isn't emailing in GP 2016 R2

I have been able to replicate this on my test machine as well as at a client.  We have other SOP Invoice templates emailing just fine, so I'm pretty sure all of the exchange setup for emailing is done correctly.  When we try to email the Customer Statements using the Word Template, not the old method, we get an error report that just says Unknown Error.  We've run dexsql logs and SQL Traces and can't find anything that tells us what is failing.  I can print the template to the screen without issue.  The template appears to be printing to the temp location that is in the code from what I can see with the trace and the dexsql log.  So, my test machine give the Unknown Error, the client is getting Insufficient Memory.  Anyone else have this and found a solution?  We have cleared out all of the Reprint Statements as we found there was some issue with that in the past, but that didn't clear up the error.  Thanks!
