Data cleanse, TSQL removing all HR and Payroll from database

I have been asked to provide a copy of our GP company database to an outside developer.  I had planned to use a copy of a recent SQL backup for this purpose.  However, I want to be able to remove HR and Payroll data prior to doing so.  I could easily drop all UPRxxx and DDxxx tables.  However, I am not able to find documentation that clearly shows where other sensitive data may be stored.  Searching the db, I have found other references to UPR (AuditTrail, or SourcDoc) in CM20100, CM20200, CM20300, CM20502, GL20000 and GL30000. 

Are there scripts for this scenario, or is this a matter of searching the database manually (like I have done here)?
