I am new to GP and was looking for the best way to handle the repair of serialized equipment. I am considering (2) methods - Quote the parts that will be used to repair the equipment + the labor as a separate line item. OR - Quoting the repair as a non-inventory item and then creating an MO to account for the part used to repair the equipment.
Any thoughts would be most welcome!
