transaction date 00/00/00

Hi all..

recently I have some problem with my GP especially in journal sections.

My GP version is GP 2015.

so whenever I create a journal entry and save it then I checked in smartlist the Transaction date is 00/00/0000

I can't open the journal and it says that the journal is being edited by another user.

even though I just saved it and nobody touch the journal.

My IT try to delete the GL10000 table, it works fine.

But I found it again.

is there any way to solved it?

other than delete table? because it keep happening at least once in a week.
