Running into this error message "A save operation on table 'Workflow_type' cannot find the table" as soon as I open the Workflow maintenance window. I've confirmed that the sql table WF10001 exists in the company database and that it has 15 rows as expected. I'm not planning to use any email notifications or approvals so I don't think I need GP web services installed. I suspect I'm missing a stored proc but not sure where to go from here.
