We are going to close the year and we get the message "You can’t transfer encumbrances for XXXX when there are outstanding encumbrance amounts for a prior fiscal year. To create reports of the outstanding encumbrances, select the prior year and click Preview'" I preview 2014 and found a list of exceptions. For this list of exceptions I was able to determine that these items are canceled items on POs. The Po is in a closed status and the other line items are closed with the exception of the line that appeared which says cancelled. The encumbrance appeared to run but the lines did not help. The error description says "pre-budget." Any ideas on this?
