OLE - Switch To, Retry

Hello:

We are using GP 2013 R2 (12.00.1920) on a Windows 2008 R2 Terminal Server.

Occasionally, upon trying to open spreadsheet attachments in the OLE Container of notes in Journal Entry Inquiry, we get the dialog box advising to "Switch To" or "Retry". 

The workaround that I have come up with is to right-click on the attachment and paste it into a local spreadsheet.

Is there a permanent fix for the users, though, so that they can actually open the spreadsheets from within GP?
