Good morning, my end user attempts to open FRx from Great plains it will not work. When she tried to open FRx from within Great Plains she was greeted with the below message.
RUN APPLICATION ERROR
\\Server\Dynamics\Frx67\Sysdata\FrxRpts.f32 returned 11
She is able to launch Great Plains from her pinned down icon which is a direct link to FRx, but not from within Great Plains itself.
We have user who does not have this issue and he can get in without incident. When I went to FRx in Great Plains on his machine, he was able to get right in. I examined the FRx link in Great Plains and I see his link is different than that of the other end users who are attempting to launch FRx from within Great Plains. I do see that the links to FRx are different, but I do not know how to correct it so that all of the users can use the same link and FRx would be able to be launched from within Great Plains.
The version of Great Plains is 10.0 and it is on a Windows 7 professional PC.
