I have multiple users setup as "Full Users". One is a "Full User" without the Web Client only box checked. This user has the icons on the Home Page update when they receive a new requisition or have an approval to process. I have another user that is a "Full User" that has the Web Client Only box checked and their Home Page does not update when they receive tasks to approve. We are on GP2015R2 has anyone else seen this same issue?
